1. The National Council for Voluntary Organisations

If you would like to start your organisation, you have to be a member of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO). You’ll have access to great resources including how to recruit volunteers, how to do fundraising as well as information on strategies.

2. Crohn’s and Colitis

This organisation is the leading charity against Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. They provide education, volunteering opportunities as well as organise fundraisers for fighting these diseases. They also provide support to those suffering of the diseases and their loved ones.

3. The Catholic Agency for Overseas Development

The Catholic Agency for Overseas Development, or CAFOD, is an international development charity that aims to provide support for those living in poverty. The organisation is the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in Wales and England and aim to help people in their communities.

4. Parkinson’s UK

This organisation aims to provide support and information to those who have Parkinson’s disease. They also offer the community to get involved and volunteer or raise funds for creating awareness, make donations or get more involved. Find out how you can get involved here.
